• Online transactions

Approved patients can also finance their treatment cost through CareCredit. Call our office to ask about CareCredit enrollment. 

We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.

Insurance

By working directly with your insurance company, our team will maximize the value of your coverage. In addition, we will help you understand the benefits of your plan policy. Our financial department will inform you of all expenses to be incurred before beginning any treatments or services.
